 We require the finest materials, such as natural wood, stone, brick, stucco, or fiber-cement siding. We design color palates that make the neighborhoods come alive. Our landscaping requirements ensure a mature feel from the first installation.
We carefully screen the architects we allow in each neighborhood, opting for only those who demonstrate the highest quality of home design. We ask them to draw wider trim, deeper porches, fatter columns, real shutters, thicker brackets. Chimneys wrapped in stone or brick or stucco. Deeper eaves. Simpler, more dramatic rooflines.
Our goal is to make neighborhoods that give pleasure just looking at them. And that make you feel good just living in them.
